Double Dare (animatic)

Our METU finals project in which I was an animator and sound editor for my wonderful classmate, Amelia Connoly, who has wrote, designed and composed this film.

We’re both still working on this project - cleaning up the animation and coloring it in as well.

the story tells about Mary, a privileged high schooler throws a party at her house, where her boyfriend’s friend tries to sexually assault her. She ends up murdering her attacker, so she puts the body in a suitcase and takes a taxi to the woods where she can dump the body. Maria is a runaway who lives in her car, she participates in car races at night, this night her opponent threatened her after she won the race. He attacks Maria in an alee way after the race but Maria ends up murdering him, she puts the body in the trunk of her car and drives to the woods. Maria and Mary coincidentally meet in the woods and decide to help each other out.
